Cabral<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Date: <\/b>Viernes 9 de octubre de 2020, 11 hs<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Abstract:\u00a0<\/b>Se presentar\u00e1 la metodolog\u00eda y resultados del trabajo recientemente publicado en A&amp;A &#8220;Automatic Catalog of RRLyrae from \u223c 14 million VVV Light Curves: How far can we go with traditional machine-learning?&#8221; El trabajo describe el proceso para la creacio\u0301n de cata\u0301logos de estrellas variables tipo RR-Lyrae en las tiles pertenecientes al VVV las cuales toman en cuenta el algoritmo a utilizar, la naturaleza de las caracter\u00edsticas, balance de clases, correcci\u00f3n de m\u00e9tricas de evaluaci\u00f3n segun el balance y la combinacion de varios clasificadores para lograr \u00a0una performance aceptable. Finalmente se presentar\u00e1n cat\u00e1logos resultantes, as\u00ed como un set de herramientas para explorarlos.
